Our Process
Roasting coffee is a lively and intense experience at Evil Ethans. We heat green coffee beans to almost 500 degrees, where they crackle and pop amidst the heat and billow smoke. It’s a noisy, hot process, but it’s what we love to do. Watching the beans transform as they roast is thrilling. After they're perfectly roasted, we get to enjoy the best part: tasting the rich, freshly brewed coffee we’ve created. For us, the fun is in both the making and the drinking for any mood!
